So, about me

I am not known as a lot of things, but the things I am known for is the fact that I go by Kat/One/1 and mainly use That thing/it as pronouns. Nothing more, nothing less. I am an artist and draw a lot, I also animate from time to time.My age does not matter in my introduction, all I'm saying is that I am a minor, I know where I'm supposed to be.I create stories, a lot of them, I do not write however, writing long texts and reading big blocks of words and sentences can be a difficult thing for me to do, thus me splitting my speech into paragraphs. (I politely ask that you do the same when talking to me.)My birthday is on the 19th oct, altho that here does not matter all that much. Do what you will with that information.Interests:

Limits and rules

My general rules and limits are common sense. Don't be an asshole. Although I will be going more in depth of what i see as "an asshole".I do not accept any sort of racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia or discrimination of any kind. If you came here to talk to me about being one of those, feel free to leave my page immediately. I do not care what your reasoning is.I am uncomfortable with talking about reality not being what we think it is. If we stumble on that topic, I will inform you if I'm getting uncomfortable with hearing or talking about it.I do not like having my characters compared to other characters. At all. Please do not compare my characters to each other or even to outside characters unless it starts becoming a problem (or I've compared them first).I will be informing you if you make me uncomfortable with what you have said or things you have done.

WILL DRAW:
- Humans/Humanoids (aliens, mermaids, etc)
- Creatures/Furries
- Couples/Ships (of any gender and amount, LGBTQ+ positive)
- OCs
- Gore
- Small changes in the character design (colors, shape of the hair, etc)WILL NOT DRAW:
- NSFW
- Hateful/discriminatory art
- Real people
- Imitation of other art styles or artists
- Strong perspective
- Elaborate backgrounds (like cities, furniture, vehicles, etc)
- Character redesigns
- Fanart of official characters

1. GENERAL TERMS
I will be receiving requests through Instagram and discord (codeonecrypted), I will be responding as quickly as possible
(conversation can be moved onto discord if you deem it's more comfortable to use, I will provide you with my discord tag)I WILL be giving you a lot of updates and screenshots of my process, but I will also be putting my name on the screenshotsI will not be making exceptions with pricesI have the right to reject any order or commission

2. PAYMENT
Stripe invoice only, first come first serveIf you have paid me and I have rejected your commission, you will get a full refund.You will be paying beforehand, but if extra fees start to apply (as stated in 4. revisions) you will have to pay them as well the moment they happen.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
Once I have finished the sketch and you have approved of it, you lose the right to a refund.As stated before, I will be giving you constant updates, to not only show you that I am working on it, but to also check if I'm doing the right thing. You will have to correct me if I am doing something wrong.I will be trying to finish your commission as soon as possible, which will mean in the span of a day to a week. If something happens that stops me from working on it, I will be updating you as soon as possible.Once the commission is done, I will be sending it to you full-resolution alongside a lower quality image for you to post on other social media.

4. REVISIONS
If you tell me to change something in the final drawing, extra fees will be put into the final price.Make sure your references are clear and NOT outdated. If they are, extra fees will be applied if you want me to change something (fee is dependent on the changes and unclearness. Can get away fee-free if the change is small enough.)

5. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
DO NOT USE MY ART FOR COMMERCIAL OR MONETIZED USE.You are allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use (such as posts on social media, profile pictures, etc) AS LONG AS CREDIT IS GIVEN PROPERLY (link to my social media)You may not, under any circumstances, claim the artwork as yours.Altering the artwork in any way shape or form is not allowed without my permission.

6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I want to give you an outcome you like, so please communicate with me if you see any problem with the work. A solution can be made for any problem or issue that may arise during the commission process.Ask questions if anything is made unclear, don't hide your questions as that can cause dissatisfaction and frustration with the finished result.

7. REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY
You will be getting a full refund if for any reason I am unable to finish your commission or I refuse to start it.
